Matters Arising

Bus Service

Due to the lack of funding from Blackburn with Darwen Council the No. 25 bus service has been altered from an hourly service to a two hourly service. The bus often breakdown and uses an alternative route through Mellor rather than Brownhill. This is having a drastic effect on the users of the service who require access to the shops/GP surgeries etc at Brownhill. Coun Schofield is lobbying RVBC about this issue.
